Thanks Hunter! It was memorable. Kind of waddled out of the garage today.

Thanks, Imp. I'm working my way back up there. Had some trouble getting back into the squats after that last meet. I didn't think you had the wrap either. That was just a stab in the dark, but thanks for checking. I'm sure I dropped it under the stands or something. I need better ones anyway. Hope Santa is good to me.

Yeah, it should have been more like 135 for the narrows. Least you know your core isnt a weak point now haha! Guess I didnt update the axillary work when I changed over the maxes. Good to know your a stud and made it through it though!

FYI, you have a much bigger squat in the tank looking at those sets. Dont take this the wrong way, but depth isnt a major concern when we are talking 8 reps. Do I want you down there, yes, if you cut one a little high because your legs are so full of blood you felt deep....then I am HAPPY

Just think in 3 weeks the hard stuff will be over and you will be knocking down some major PRs.

OK, that's good to know. I did feel like they were good when doing them and was surprised some of them didn't look as deep as they felt. Considering my legs felt at least three times bigger than normal that part makes sense.

Also, I'm relieved those 175s were so freakin' hard for a reason! And pretty proud of myself for getting them done.

I see Jim did the deadlift day already and then is going to do the bench auxillary?
I was planning on Mon bench, Tues squat, off, Thurs Bench Aux, Fri deads.

Is that OK?
