Other than your self critique there Mike, I couldn't really see anything wrong with your pulls. If i had to nitpick, I could say you are taking a bit too long to pull it, as the Crew taught me to lower and rip it off the floor asap. I found in order to do this, I needed confidence in my hip position. The reason they told me this is that they thought I was thinking too much before pulling it, which was having a negative impact. I'd say I have to agree with them, as not fussing while setting up did help me.

I had to chuckle a bit with the frame carry vids. First, I see nothing, and then you racing across the field of view, and then you disappear, and then I hear a woohooo!

Do you live out in the woods or something?

I see what your talking about on the pulls Mike but this isn't the time to make changes. Just focus on your hitting your weights, diet, and rest for now.

Will do folks! I feel really good. T minus 12 days and counting.

Deadlifts today and I threw in some Bench and Squat sets for the heck of it. Just wanted to blast some light weights, and maybe a little cardio, haha.

BIG week 17

warmups: Swings and hig and hamstring stuff, 1 set reverse hypersx 15

Deadlift:
1x 315, 335 (probably open with 150 Kg)

Bench:15x 135
Squat: 12x 135

Some back yoga and hamstring stretches

Squat:

There you go. Hit bench opener wed and Squat opener on Fri and then it's a week of sleeping and resting to get ready. Weight is close, hopefully hit 198 by Friday, then ease a little further down next week so I can eat breakfast before the weigh in!
