Pretty close. I would take 360-265-350. Of course all that can change on meet day lol

Thanks fellas! Another step forward today.

A bit of a grind today as I was up with daughter half the night and I think I was a little dehydrated as I was feeling it in my joints and low back was cramping a little. Still, got all the work done, and I'm chugging water the rest of the day to get ready for skwats tomorrow.

JBPP week 12

warmups: arm and shoulder stuff

Pause Bench:
3x 205
2x 225
1x 245
1x 275
Plenty of strength, but form was a little off

CGBP:
3x 5x 205
Elbows weren't going for Kaz press, so did CGBP instead.

DB Skulls:
3x 10x 23DB

275:
Almost dumped it sideways unracking it! Plenty of strength, just head wasn't totally dialed in today. One of them days.

Workouts are feeling pretty easy these days JB!! Still got a month to go. haha! J/K.

Onward and upward. 300 bench is very close now.

They are suppose to be easy Less volume more growing!

you only have 3 training weeks, a week of openers, and a rest week
