Those squats looked insanely easy! I was waiting for you to slow down at some point, but never happend. You had great speed into the hole, which I think is big for raw squatters.
Pause squats had good depth, back stayed in good position, no complaints about that either Good mornings looked solid. I like to get a little more knee bend, and I perfer the bar lower on the back. I think that is really just personal preference for what has worked for me. Keep up the great work! it is really impressive the growth you guys have shown. What were your thoughts on adjusting the bench auxilliary day as a more heavy OHP day, with direct bench work second?

Thanks fellas! Feeling good about my squats.
Thanks JB! I could have done a couple more reps on the first or second set. Third set maybe not, but I did feel like they moving pretty well. Should have raised the weight or held the pause longer on those pause squats, they were a bit too easy. Good point about the GMs further down my back. They did feel weird and hurt a little in that they were squishing my traps which was uncomfortable. I'll play around with lowering the bar and maybe shrugging up more. We'll see. Yeah, heavier lower rep OHP or maybe better, would be pause benches on Auxillary day. Something that works the bottom part of the lift hard is what I was thinking. You know best though. Don't screw up the program because I've been thinking!
