![]() My knees were fine with those Bulgarians, BtB. I do have a slightly torn meniscus that bothers me from time to time, but that's on the left leg and as long as I don't let that one bend inwards, I'm good. However I'm not sure about sticking my foot further out, Jim. That would put my weight behind the knee and I'm not sure I like that idea. I feel good when my weight is right above my knee. Just going down then right back up like a spring directly underneathe me. I can envision some knee and groin issues if most of my weight was behind my knee. I'll try it out and see though. And good point about doing them close to a support! Doh! Decent day today. Missed some reps on the last set, but I'm chalking that up to fatigue. I was a little tired going in today. JBPP week 4 redoux warmups: Rowing, band mobility work, band shoulder stuff, Lat pulldowns, some arm stuff and about 35 pushups spread out amongst all that. CGBP: 10x 185, 190, 195 6x 205, racked for a few seconds, then 5 more (6th rep was just suddenly really hard so racked it and redid my set up, 5th rep was pretty damn hard too) Kaz Press on floor ( I see what you mean JB! I did much better on form): 4x 10x 70+ EZ Hammers: 4x 20x 23 (some serious cheating on the last few reps! )Tricep Pushdown: 4x 12x 100 Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 4x 12x 150 Tricep, bicep, chest and Lat Stretches and that's it. At least 9 hours of sleep tonite! Looking forward to that.

Thanks fellas. The boy is back to normal, I slept late, ate like a savage beast, the sun is shining, and I had a nice confidence building deadlift session so all is right with the universe.
![]() I do have a love-hate thing going on with deadlifts at the moment though. JBPP week 4 finished warmups: swings, hip and leg stuff, reverse hypers Dynamic: cleans to 155 and pressed it 3 times too. (love c+p!) Deadlift: 4x 275, 295, 315, 325 1x 345, 355 Moved my hands out a bit too. Thanks Miked! Leg Curl: 4x 10x 45 (last set was 7 as my hamstrings were cramping and twitchy) Core: Plank 3x 1 min (last set was pretty shaky) Hamstring stretch, back yoga, and some core stretching. Kazmeier said if you stretch your core after a workout, it doesn't get sore. We'll see. No video, wife had the camera at a birthday party. Nothing new anyway. Videos next week when I set some PRs. Have a good weekend all.
