Walked 5 minutes on the treadmill
Deadlifts: 135X5 225X5 275X3 295X8X3 RDL's: 315X3X3 Shrugs: 225X3X5 Chins: -120X3X5 Notes: Didnt amrap my deads because I felt like I could have all day. I want to be recovered by tuesday for squat max reps at 275.

Everything felt really speedy. I am liking the volume of this program, but I am not looking forward to my AMRAP sets this week. Not leaving anything in the tank on them.
12/10/2012 Misc Upper Day Threw in another one of these for fun. Trying to push my wrist and see what I can get away with yet. Incline BB bench: 2X5@45 1X10@135 1X10@145 1X8@165 Push Jerk: 3X165 3X185 3X205 1X225 Started getting some pain so I quit here Rear delt flies: 20X2X10 Hammer Curls: 35X10 40X8 45X6 Stepmill: 10 minutes of intervals at level 5 Notes: Nothing too spectacular today, just trying to get some upper body work in. I forgot to do a tricep assistance today and that kinda pisses me off.

12/12/12 TJM Realization Squats 10's wave I have felt like absolute crap the last two days. I wanted to get my deadlift workout in on Saturday so I had to go and hammer this one out. I didnt get to the number I wanted in my head, but its a PR regardless. Lots of rolling and mobility work Squats: BWX10 BarX5 135X5 225X5 275X2 275XAMRAP(got 12 PR *I also found my flip cam last night so today is the triumphant return of videos in my log. Leg Press: Sled +200X2X20 The End.
