Good luck at the show. I'm sure at least one of the 3DMJ team will be there to keep you calm.

Just keep a cool head, remember everything the team told you, don't over think it, double guess it, remember the 3D team took the heat off your shoulders so you can just concentrate on follow threw and keeping to the details..

Thanks man! Solid advice. I had such an awesome time at my 1st show!

I placed 3rd out of 7 in novice. I'll post some pics.

I did it guys! Here's a picture update. I have lots of footage from the show so I'm going to need to sit down and make a video when I have some extra time. What an incredible experience. If anyone is considering competing, I HIGHLY recommend it. Was a dream come true for me.\

It was great to meet Berto and my 3dmj bros! Every single person I met last weekend was so cool. Natural bodybuilding has a great community and I can't wait to see it grow. No egos back stage and surrounded by positivity. Can't wait to compete again!
