Ramrod's Workout Log
Small into: I've been lifting for 12yrs pretty hardcore. More of a Bodybuilding workout. I've done DC, FST-7, German Volume Training and so etc. To many to list them all. This year I tweaked a few things and made some great gains. but i felt like i was still missing something. I miss competition.
So I'm switching gears and training to be a Powerlifter in the 181wt Class. I have other logs so I'm just going to start this now instead of back dating anything.. Feel free to jump in with advise, Tips and what ever you like. I'm new to the PL'ing so I could use a little help. |

Alright first log is my last day of my first Deload week. So No impressive numbers today... Everything felt tight and strong. Ready to start round 2 of 5/3/1..
Round 1, Week 4, Day 4 Which Means Round one of my first 5/3/1 is Complete.. I have already adjusted my Number and will be starting round 2 in 2 days.. Today was a fun day. Even thou it was a Squat Day.. I got a couple of New Knee Wraps in the mail this evening. The Anaconda Wraps are a Cast like Wrap and the Regular Rhino Wraps are softer and stretch more. I only used each wrap Twice today with 315 on the Bar. Remeber to was a Deload day. I didn't plan on even squating more the 200 today because of my knee. But I warmed up well and wrapped on the last 4 sets of 315x2.. Now to the Quick Workout... only 45min or so.. Warm up 5min Treadmil Squats 20/BAR 10/95 8/135 5/185 5/225 2/275 ---- Wrapped here on out-- Regualrs 2/315 ---- Anacondas 2/315 ----Regulars - Video 2/315 ---- Anacondas -Video Good Mornings 10/135 10/135 10/135 10/135 Calf Press 20/229 20/229 20/229 |
