Squat day at a New Gym... I'm not going to Deload on Squats this Week... Starting a new Cycle of 5/3/1 and upped my weights..brutal day for sure

Thanks guys. These all were below 90* easy. I heard a guy at the gym say " Now thats how you Squat" Haha
102 Reps of Squats then Leg Press.. Is screaming at me now.. While walking into work.. my left tear drop (Tight) wanted to cramp up on every step...
