I wouldn't worry about your grip strength too much - getting 12 reps at almost 4PPS would make almost anyone's grip start to fail. Just incredible reppage. Are you planning on testing your max anytime soon?

That is true too.. I use to put straps on, but not use them till I needed. So I could get a couple extras on my sets. Should have done it on this set.. Oh well..

No maxing out till after vacation. Maybe in 2-3 weeks I will.

Nothing Crazy... Shoulders are still recovering. Just a basic easy workout to get some blood flowing into the shoudlers and arms.. I had a little pain duing floor Presses so I didn't go heavy at all on them.

Supersetting also get my blood gorging into the muscles as well. Good stuff Ram and I hope that pain from floor pressing is nothing to worry about.
