Excellent reppage on the bench Ram! Do you find you have to reset tightness every few reps or so? I cannot hold tightness for more than 3-5 reps at most.

Pretty quick paced workout yesterday morning..Everything felt pretty good. Weights felt a little heavier then normal..
Shoulders are sore, so I'm not doing in OHP's today.. Just some Stretches and such during lunch break..Deadlifts 15/BAR 5/135 5/185 5/230 3/275 5/300 2/345 2/390 2/415 2/455 Leg Press - Deadlift footing -Paused for 3 count (Mississippi) 10/450 10/450 10/450 Wrist Roller All 3 sets were up and down 3 times. 45,45,45 Inverted Pull ups 12 12 12

Well done on repping 455 Ram!! I also think the leg press is a legit assistance lift. Those have to be the longets pauses I have ever seen.
