A few months ago I hit my PR on Bench with a 325 then Rep'ed out with 225 for 15 reps. I barely got 315 with the RAM on a week or so ago. I think it's just going to take time. I have to keep reminding myself to leave my ego at the door and focus on the rehab side of it. Instead of hitting big numbers.
Hope you get it figured out. I know how the mental strain can be. Bench plays with my mind too much.

Solid squats the other day Ram! I squat High Bar, and I find it keeps me more upright throughout the movement, even at the top.

Bench also plays with my sikey, but only at meets for some reason.

Great reppage on the 4PPS pulls Ram!

I have a pair of Nike Romaleo's and love them. When I took my Oly Lifting course last year, all the lifters and coaches agreed they are the best. I also feel they saved me at the WPC World's in Vegas last November. We had to squat on carpet, believe it or not, and many guys were getting hurt due to stability issues. I escaped with only a small strain in my quad. I credit the Romaleo's as it could have been alot worse.

I may still get the Nikes soon too. I came into these rogues for $45. Thats a hard deal to pass up. I have never really trained in a Oly shoe, but have used plates and he did help. So I'm guessing I'll be better off then having nothing.

Carpet at Wolrds in Vegas.... WHY????

Those curls ^^ are sick!

We were asking ourselves the same question. The monolifts in the ramp up area were on a portable hard surface. Many of the equpped guys, according to my Crew leader, refused to squat on it. It was that typical convention room carpeting. I thought it was bizzare and I forgot to ask why as I was too busy focusing on what the hell I was going to do as I missed my opener, which was the attempt I got my strain. I ended up burying the next 2 attempts at 375 and 405. Upon returning home. Brian (crew leader and prez of the IPA Fed) told me about the horror stories and how fortunate I was to get what I did.

My personal opinion was that they were lazy as the monolifts were easier to move out of the way when on carpet. I can't think of any other explanation as to why a world class event would have such a stupid blunder.

I hope the Rogue's serve you well as at that price its a no brainer.
