Some light Bench Assistance and Rear dealt work.. Shoulder was feeling good. I'll have my Titan Super Ram here in a week or so. Perfect timing to start in with the heavier weights again... New Year and New PR's...
Warmed up with rotator cuff exercies for 7-10min Close Grip Bench 10/Bar 10/95 10/135 8/165 8/185 5/205 8/225 10/135 JM Presses 12/30 12/35 10/40 8/45 Floor Presses 10/50 10/60 10/70 10/80 Rear Cable Delts 10/25 10/25 10/25 For Cardio I did 3 rounds of 15x Ball Wall thrusters 15x Weighted Sit ups 8x Ninja Pull-ups

Squat day.. Lower back was a little tender, but once I belted up and pressed my Ab's against it. I was all good. Felt pretty good tonight. Hit a New PR in Squats and then killed myself with 50+ Leg presses...
