345 front squat is heavier than I've ever hit. Glad to hear it's feeling good.

10 - 9 - 12 Front Squat -3x275 -2x315 -1x345 -2x0x360 Push Press -2x185 -2x200 -2x215 -2x225 Blah! Caught some OT and was pretty exhausted walking in to train. Failed attempts at 360 killed whatever motivation I had. Farted around with the push press. |
