Although my knee is not great I'm still confident that I can get a 1700lb raw total.

Wednesday session
Bench Press bar x 20 60 x 6 80 x 6 100 x 6 120 x 3 140 x 1 152.5 x 6 PB BOOM Add 3bd 160 x 1 170 x 1 180 x 1 BTN Press bar x 6 40 x 6 50 x 6 60 x 6 70 x 6 DB Rows 45 x 5 x 10 each arm Skull crushers 60 x 3 x 10 Barbell curls 60 x 3 x 8 Awesome session. Just 3 training weeks to go before my next comp on march 3rd and im feeling healthy and strong. Hopefully it will go well.

Awesome Wide Pulldowns Something heavy x 5 x 10 Rope Pushdowns Again as heavy as possible x 5 x 10 Barbell curls 40 x 6 50 x 6 60 x 6 70 x 2 x 6 Hammer curls 25 x 2 x 6 30 x 1 x 6 Yet another awesome session.
