First session of the new year......Time to make my goals reality Bench bar x 20 60 x 5 80 x 5 100 x 5 115 x 5 135 x 3 sets of 5 152.5 x 1 - paused and smooth 100 x 10, 10, 15 High incline dumbbell press 22.5 x 2 x 130 sec sets Cable side raise pin 4 x 3 x 15 Strict BTN press 50 x 3 x 10 60 x 1 x 7 Press ups 100 reps (40, 35, 25) Great session. BTB sorry I haven't be logging recently. Im going to be totally honest I forget if I miss a post. Been struggling with a knee injury but its getting better and better every week.
