All in KGS as usual

Close grip bench
Warmed up
80 x 5
100 x 5
120 x 5
132.5 x 3

145 x 1 - smooth and paused
127.5 x 3 x 5 - all smooth and last rep paused for 3 sec

Goal for my close grip for next year is to hit 180 x 1 and 140 x 8 and 100 x 25. Lets make it happen

Standing DB overhead press
32.5 x 2 x 10

Dips
Bw x 2 x 20

Bar pushdowns
3 x 15

Rope pushdowns
3 x 15

Close pushups
2 sets - 65 total
