Massage indeed It was awesome and really helped loosen up the knots in my right shoulder

I've never considered full cleans but my buddy trains the olympic lifts and has a coach so I should probably ask him.

Solid everything Nick!! Rack Pulls are a real standout for me tho. I just started doing them and I have a new respect for how hard they are.

I haven't done any cleans for a couple of months now. Funny thing is tho I found my body naturally wanting to do full cleans as I got into the 190's with them. It's also a cool feeling at how much tougher a 190 lb squat is after cleaning it as opposed to just unracking it.
