It certainly feels better. I performed a few calf raises w/ bw and it was pain free! I'll know for sure on December 17th
Thanks Rich - the strength and bodyweight are slowly coming back Thanks Steve! It's still buddy taped together, but it feel great for the most part -no pain while walking, I can deadlift and squat pain free. I tried a few bw calf raises from a flat surface and it was pain free. They're still a bit tender and I think the feeling in my big toe isn't 100%, but it's getting closer everyday. Also, the toenail still hasn't fallen off, which is crazy, but according to my family friend who's been a nurse for 30+ years, my toes is still repairing so nail growth is put on the back burner. I guess toenail growth indicates recovery lol |
