I find if I don't deadlift 7-10 days up until a one rep max, my technique is horrible, bar speed is very slow and I don't perform well. However if I lift too heavy or tried doing Wendler's 5/3/1 and on the 3rd week of the 1 got for my 1rpm I would be too burnt out. So by using chains and keeping the weight heavy on top, light on the bottom, gives me time to work my speed, technique and confidence. A happy medium if you will. |

230x4*pr 250X3*PR! *widened up my stance, helps tremendously 250x1*worked on a newer technique for one rep maxes, Speed Bench VS chains 135x2chains (175)x3 185x2chains (225)x3 185x4chains (265)x3 185x6chains (305-325*if you count leader chains)x3*Pr Flush set of 95lbs x 6chains (215)x8+reps JM Press super-set to Barbell drag curls 95x8x2(for both) Farmers shrugs 220x8 250x8 Lat pull downs+Seated Biceps Face curls+Tricep pushdowns- Pump sets DB snatches*each arm 50x3 60x3 70x3 Lot of rehab/prehab with "fitness" band |
