Thanks everyone. Plan is that since the straight weight is so low around 50% and I am limiting myself to 200lbs of chain weight that I will progress %5 up for the next two weeks, 335 and 365, making the weigh on top 535 and 565 prepping me to pull 600+ on my deadlifts.

I find if I don't deadlift 7-10 days up until a one rep max, my technique is horrible, bar speed is very slow and I don't perform well.

However if I lift too heavy or tried doing Wendler's 5/3/1 and on the 3rd week of the 1 got for my 1rpm I would be too burnt out. So by using chains and keeping the weight heavy on top, light on the bottom, gives me time to work my speed, technique and confidence. A happy medium if you will.
