An alternative to the Olympic grip other then the cross grip is to use straps to mimic the Olympic grip and hold the bar in place.

200x10 pr* lost the last one but still counted Axle Snatch/viper presses 145x5 Axle Clean and Presses 165x2Strict 165xpush Crufix hold 25lbs dumbbells 34 seconds 700lbs tire 8 or 9 flips * pr on the speed, will confirm with video later Farmers Walks 120lbsx140ft w/turn 170lbsx140ft w/drop and turn 220lbsx70ft* back was tired Trap bar Deadlifts 405x10 stop reps *easy breezy Sandbag carry's with Kegs *cuz it was easier to set up 160x120ft w turns 160x 240ft w 4 turns and *repick at the end of 120ft Cambered bar Strict press *bad idea 190x2 strict presses irritated my shoulder so light rehab db and light bad work 100lbs stone seated sumo good mornings for pump reps *notes Cardio is way better, moving faster not getting as gassed and not dying from my heavy Thursdays.I feel great |

Thanks everyone. My strongman training takes a couple of hours normally at least 4 with setting things up, helping out the other guys who train with me and such.At least 4 lol.

Looking at your squat it appears we have the same body build and limitations. Do you have a hard time breaking parallel?
