why no 315 incline?
I failed a 225 incline lols so props tony!next time dont do 255 on the pushpress just do your last warm up set should be 245 or so for 1 rep and then your work set. 255x2 is to close to your work set learn to warm up properly btw tony cheer up dude your strong and healthy what more could you ask for? dont let outside problems effect your performance in the gym use the gym to escape them for a little while. many problems that involve other people are out of your control Last edited by Jesse Polanco; 12-07-2009 at 10:45 PM. |

Thanks everyone. Jesse, you make sense, I guess your balls are starting to drop after all, I am so proud. No 315 incline bench press, because the angle of the bench sucked and the path of the bar was improper but I did it anyway, with a more narrow grip then I wanted and it made my collar bone and rotator cuff act up, so I shut it down.
The Video's will be up soon, just want to add more stuff that I must do lol. The Bar Is Loaded. Ok in 10 minutes I need to catch some much needed rest. |
