Went light today and volume was low.
Finished off the session with cardio. Pull ups BW x 2 sets x 10 Cleans 45 x many 95 x 6 115 x 3 135 x 2 155 x 1 145 x 2 singles 135 x 3 triples Bench Press 45 x 15 95 x 8 135 x 5 165 x 3 185 x 2 175 x 5 rep PR 135 x 12 Front squat 45 x 10 95 x 5 135 x 3 155 x 1 175 x 1 195 x 1 PR 175 x 2 singles 155 x 3 triples Cardio Spin bike - L.I.S.S. - 30 minutes. No lifting tomorrow, but hopefully I will get in a heavy squats + pulls/presses Saturday afternoon. Then off to a birthday party at night. Been promised delicious Italian food and wine
