BW x 5 sets x 5 Cleans 45 x 10 95 x 5 115 x 3 135 x 5 doubles Squats 45 x 10 135 x 7 165 x 5 185 x 2 205 x 5 triples Bench Press 45 x 15 95 x 5 115 x 3 135 x 3 155 x 5 triples Barbell Rows 45 x 15 95 x 10 115 x 5 135 x 5 sets x 5 The year end has been hectic; only the 2nd workout of the month ![]() On the flip side, there's been an opening for funding basic research, and I submitted a research proposal as the lead researcher that at least I am excited about. Over the last couple of months work life has been ramping up at a crazy pace. Today's the last working day of the semester, and I hope things will cool down after that. Among other things, one of the "challenges" for the new year will be to observe a "no Facebook January". Already deactivated my account. I feel it has been getting too addictive, and the objective is now to cut online interactions via Facebook and increase real-life interactions. |
