Today ****ed me up. Wednesday, September 19th, 2012 Warmups PVC Rolling Stretching Mobility Pullups-BWx8x2 Squats 135x10 185x8 225x6 275x4 300x2 320x2 300x4 265x6 225x8 185x10 Still feeling Sunday's deads, this wrecked me like i owed it money. Awesome. Face Pulls-5x20 Thats it. Home to drink a shake, then dinner is about 2.5lbs of wings.

Its good to see you changed your title and made a new log, young man. As you walk this journey, your mind is the "flamethrower" to all inner and outside adversity that you may encounter.

I squatted again today! Friday, September 21st, 2012 Warmups-PVC Rolling, Stretching Squats WU-135x3x3, 185x1x3, 225x1x3 260x6 260x6 260x6 260x6 260x6 260x8 Light Pulls-Sumo-135x8, 185x8, 225x8, 275x8 Weighted Pullups BW+25 for 10 sets of 2 *weighted pullup strength is down. Need to either lower the bodyweight or up the strength, or both!* RLESS(SS w/Sets 1-5 of Pullups)-BWx10R, 10Lx5 DB Curls-(SS w/Sets 6-10 of pullups)-5x12 15 min stroll on incline treadmill to finish it off.
