Think after this week i will start getting shit heavy again BB row 95x10 115x10 125x10 135x10 Rack Chin bwx8( 4 sets) One arm BB row bar+25x10( 4 sets) using free hand to force reps after failure in last set BB shrug 3 second hold 135x10( 3 sets) Red band pull aparts 3 sets of 20 BB curl 45x12(4 sets)
