LEIGHT WEIGHT BABY...literally. Standing military press 45x10 65x10 75x10 85x10 95x6 Lateral with plates 10x10 drop 5x10 ( 5 sets) Meadows Rear delt swings 10lbsx30 ( 3 sets) Kept it real light due to shoulder injury, feeling better though!

I got hit with a killer flu that kept me out for abit couldnt each much either dropped a few lbs. Hit the gym today low volume, tried to keep it intense.
