All the racks were taken opened up with chest Flat DB press 60x5 65x10 oops kinda forgot i was doing power in this set 70x5 Incline Fly 45x8 45x8 45x7 Rack pull Below Knee 275x5 295x5 315x5 i strapped up for the last set.
