Chest/Shoulders
Incline BB 135x5(3 sets) 135x6 Flat Hammer 90x15 140x6 140x8 rest pause Incline Fly 35x15 45x10 Pec deck 125xa bunch of reps didnt count DB shoulder press I have been working working on form i get alot of traps and not much front delt, so i messed round trying to find the sweet spot DB laterals 20x10 drop 15x10 drop 10x10(3 sets) HS low row modified to hot rear delts i stand over the machine 70x15( 3 sets)

I used to strap all the time, and now i have terrible grip so now i rarely strap period. I could pull much more with straps.

Skwats 255x8 275x11 295x8 Leg Press 8platesx15 10platesx12 12platesx10 Laying Hack Squat slow negatives 200x10( 2 sets) RDL had super killer back pump, after 1 warm up set the pump was unbearable so i moved on 135x5 Seated Leg curl 150x12 170x8
