Thanks everybody. Been dealing with a lot of life stuff, just trying to stay active and work stuff out. Haven't weighed myself but looking noticeably different; went for a 650 pull on my DELOAD sat but heart wasn't in it, blizzard, drinking/social stuff, not warmed up properly and my waist lost an inch so my belt wasn't tight enough on its setting. Decided i won't deadlift past 635 from the floor in the gym since I only pulled 625 and hit 665 less than a month later. will work in the romanian rack pulls hard, been slacking, will do them from under the knee instead of above for now. Thanks for all the support guys.

Did lots of wide grip yates rows and other assistance work, squats went easy but I am super beat up. 10 day heavy weight deload. Most likely skipping my next two training sessions to rest up and be strong again.
