We need to understand that we are here to help each other, give constructive criticism, point out our mistakes that we might not see to help us improve. There is never a need to degrade one another. If you don't like what someone is saying, let's all be adults and just say "hey this is how I do it and it works for me" then leave it at that. If there is and instance like this one here where we are going back and forth like children, then stay out of each others logs, simple. I don't like seeing this, and I surely don't like when MAB members can't get along. We need to understand that some of us have some knowledge and that there is a method to our madness that some might not understand. We need to respect that. I know we here at MAB are better than this and I know you guys know it as well. Can we move past this and either post politely or don't post in or about each other (this is not what we want, we want everyone to interact with EACH OTHER in an adult manner)

First day back in (week, sort of) from my meet. Gym was cold, body was banged up, just did what I had to do; in and out.
