Notes: To tired to mAKE any notes, if you view the workout you guys will notice this is chest day 2 the way i started i havent done the 1st chest workout yet.
DB incline chest press-slightest incline-40x5/45x5/50x5/55x5/60x5(was supposed to be flat bench i misread and did the wrong thing) NO SPOTTER WILL HAVE SOMEONE NEXT WEEK TO SPOT TO I CAN FAIL, THIS WAS TO LIGHT. Incline machine press-135x5x10(new smith machine/new gym getting used to it tto add weight) fst-7 incline db flies-20lbx7x10 squeeze at the top

legs-knee issue read notes
Notes: Tweaked my right knee some today at work, A 6 WHEEL CART FULL OF 12 PACKS(96 TO BE EXACT) SLIPPED AND BROKE LOOSE AND CAUGHT MY KNEE) and thought it was fine, but by my last set of squats other wise i wont be able to walk tomorrow, i called into work, got 3 days off, if its nit better i have to see doctor, I am still hitting chest/shoulders tomorrow, then back/abs wed, by next week i should have this all mapped out the days i need to train and the ones i need to take off to set it all up, i may have to miss next week on legs, depends on the knee, illl still be going to the gym though, also i have to do a squat video , something isnt right, my body or one of my legs seems to turn and make my body come up in an awkward position , this also could have been the knee, dont give up on me guys i wont quit!
extensions-70x15/85x15/110x15/130x15/160x15(already some pain) Squat-135x5/160x5/185x5/225x5/260x5( this was a pr i think but on the last rep i came up and had this sharp pain shoot through my knee, i knew it was break time)
