Squats 10x40 kgs (Started heavier) 6x50 kgs 4x60 kgs 3x70 kgs 3x70 kgs 4. Deadlifts 5x30 kgs 5x30 kgs 5x30 kgs 5x40 kgs 5x40 kgs Better form today in deadlifts 5. Cool down
