Week 4 Day 1 1.Full body stretching 8 - 10 mins 2. Bench press Warm up sets with bar x20 x15 15x20 kgs 8x25 kgs 5x30 kgs 5x30 kgs 5x30 kgs 5x30 kgs (Last week only 3 reps were possible, I have grown stronger )3.Squats 12x30 kgs 8x40 kgs 5x50 kgs 4x60 kgs 4x70 kgs 4.Deadlifts 8x20 kgs 8x20 kgs 6x30 kgs 6x30 kgs 5x30 kgs 5. Push ups x10 x10 x10 6. Cool down

Squats 15x30 kgs (Reps have increased) 10x40 kgs (reps have increased) 8x50 kgs 5x60 kgs 3x70 kgs 4.Deadlifts 8x20 kgs 8x20 kgs 6x30 kgs 6x30 kgs 5x30 kgs 5. Cool down No extra work today as gym was about to close Non active notice I will be out of town starting 22nd Feb till 3rd March, so no gym during this time. My presence is 0f utmost importance. I may or may not be on MAB. See ya folks.
