2. Bench press

5x30 kgs (Last week only 3 reps were possible, I have grown stronger )

3.Squats

4.Deadlifts

5x30 kgs

5. Push ups

No extra work today as gym was about to close

Non active notice

I will be out of town starting 22nd Feb till 3rd March, so no gym during this time. My presence is 0f utmost importance. I may or may not be on MAB. See ya folks.
