6th Feb 2013, Week 2 day 2
Stretching full body 8 - 10 mins Bench press 6 sets Warm up with 3 sets using bar only Work sets 7x20 kgs 5x25 kgs 3x30 kgs 3x30 kgs 1x35 kgs 1x35 kgs Squats 5 sets 10x20 kgs 6x40 kgs 4x50 kgs 2x60 kgs 1x70 kgs (Failed attempt) ![]() Deadlifts 5 sets of 5-7 reps with 20 kgs weight. Working on below average form. Machine rows 3 sets of 10 - 12 reps Skip ropes for endurance 3 sets of 15-20 reps each (first day newly introduced)

One tip...Don't force yourself to do one rep maxes. They aren't needed. Keep working on form and get your reps in.
