Repping 405 has to be one of the best feelings I have ever had in lifting. It never gets old either. Was a pleasant surprisse to see you pulling without straps. You really put an accent on that lockout as well.

I can't stop thinking about it lol.
Yeah, my buddy informed me of a bench and deadlift meet like 5 blocks from my house. I figured why not start competing. He just took first in his class for deadlift for the same federation a couple weeks ago and got invited to worlds in Reno. It is for WABDL so I'm actually gonna get a suit on the first and learn to pull in it. The meet is on may 4th and I will just be deadlifting, I should be in Class 1 Men 181 lbs, luckily I get to avoid the juniors The top 3 of every class at every weight get an invite to reno, I'm in it for the experience, but getting to go to Reno with my friend and fellow oregonian Purus rep would be an awesome experience. My training partner is going to pull too, he got 500 raw a couple weeks ago and will be a class above me, which will be cool not to be directly up against him. I'm really excited and going to start a custom 6 week deadlift program this week. I'll be sure to put it up here in case it can be improved.
