Hey great deadlifting indeed...we're not too far apart on them. I suppose I don't have anything more constructive than Steve said but I'll comment anyway.
You've got the right idea with driving your hips down at the start but, as has already been noted, you're arms aren't locked out at the start. When first setting up try locking your arms first, then stand up until your legs/back/hips are all tight with your head up and the bar just in front of your shins. Then dip at the hips while focusing on still keeping your arms tight. Try to explode from the floor using leg drive first while simultaneously trying to lean back once it's started off the floor. Hope that makes sense or is somewhat helpful lol. You can get alot more leg drive once you've got your tightness dialed in off the floor. |

Was a really good workout with a strong money set and a good pump. 1.5 scoops apple Condense worked wonders today. Ran out of storage on my phone so the vid stops after 6 reps unfortunately, the last one was an epic battle to the top.

Thanks bro, you can't really see in the vid, but I was surprised so many came up. It was like mystery beast mode today, added 20lbs on to my rows as well and 10 on lat pulls. Very happy with today.
