Thanks. I might have pushed them a little hard, but I guess you have to do that now and then. I didn't think I was going to get the fourth rep, but it went up. Then all the other reps didn't really feel much harder so I kept going. I'll probably need an ice bath tonight!

That session felt very good. Even though my back is sore and my hammies are still cramping, those heavy Romanians brought my body back to life. I guess heavy lifting and pushing yourself will do that
