Squat PR! 565x1
Hit a new PR in the gym today...Squat: 565x1 (sleeves).....no hurricane is going to stop me from hitting PR's!!!!! 19 days till the Clash!!!!! now time to sit back and stay safe from Hurricane Isaac about to hit us down here in the Boot!
Squat: 405x5, 475x4, 500x4(sleeves), 565x1(sleeves) Leg Press: 630x10, 810x8, 900x6 Wide Stance Squat: 225x6, 225x6, 275x6, 275x6 Leg Curls: 90, 100, 110, 120 (4x10) Leg Extensions: 130, 140, 150 (3x10) One-Legged Extensions: 55 (10, 8, 6, 4, 2, failure) |

thanks guys! and this was my 2nd workout of the day. This morning I did Heavy Bench workout and this Leg workout later in the afternoon.....gym will be closed tomorrow and Wednesday and possibly Thursday also with Hurrican Isaac coming my way.
