Deads.......211 x3x3x2x2x2x2 Mil Press...93.5 x3x3x3x3x3x3....up weight next time 5 min break BB Rows..............99 x8x7x7 Mil Press (80%)....75 x8x8x8...up weight next time Rating 10/10 I love Fridays' workouts, the work week is done, no work the next day so I am in no rush to leave the gym....and I love the deads....AND... everything felt good tonight!! |
