Here we go... Deadlifts of the sorts Deficit deads (standing on those green exercise steps..about 4in) 135x5 225x3 315x2 411x3 411x2 461x2 481x2 Block pulls (3in or so) 481x2 conv. 481x2 sumo 481x2 conv. 481x2 sumo 481x2 conv. 481x2 sumo Other accessory work...nothing major!

Great workout Silverback! Is it difficult for you to switch from sumo to conventional every other set? Tough workout for sure, no PRs so I guess you ARE human. Unless you did it to throw us off the scent
