3bd work 135x20 225x5 315x3 365x4...too high of a jump felt twinge 335x10...PR 340x10...PR 225x30...PR cardio conditioning...blah 225x20...more cardio Banded shoulder press, triceps pull down A lot of reps to feel the burn!!!! This stuff is for the birds...smh

Thanks peeps...lol true, only powerlifters go for PRs during deload...lol
Today was squat day...no deload here 55x8 135x5 225x1 315x1 405x1 501x2 551x1x2..PR 481x5...PR Light block pulls 225+40ch x4 225+80ch x8 225+120ch x8 Note: 501 felt good...551 felt like a house, those were a shave high but felt strong enough. Hmmmm....maybe 600 before meet? Not sure but worth the thought. Heavy pulls tomorrow ladies and gents.
