Well today was the day, it was a light day by his means so nothing major to report here.
Light bench press 135x10 225x10 315x7 315x9 or 10...lost count 315x7 Done, we talked about or plans to snatch a few records in Jan. Next month we will be focusing on press commands. Silverback Barbell

Squat day and it was better than the last one...well atleast in my mind..lmbo
Squat 135x10 225x3 315x3 315x5 365x2x2 335x7 Rev.band deadlift 135x warm up 225x2 315x2 405x1 405x7 or 8 455x5 Shut it down as today was a light day for lower body as well, side note I wanted to over load but want particularly feeling it don't want to push any injuries that may be dormant.
