Didn't log yesterday but here goes... Yoke bar squats Bar x many reps 170x warm up 260x3...to the floor...lol 350x1 446x1 Rev.bands added 446x1...speed was better here 506x1...PR 516x1...PR Dropped bands 350x2x2 Felt confident that my straight bar squat will yield some nice returns. Thus bar is really allowing me to save my shoulders. Todays bench...rep work 225x5 315x5 365x4x4...PR city!!! Simple short day, wife sick, son sick...lol Note: trained with my big bro at the dungeon (garage) today...i loved it His sets went... 225x warm up 315x warm up 405x4...crazy speed 405x4...same result... 450x1...nailed it 450x1...flew up, room for a double or triple! I have video of him, will get up soon!
