Nice little way to get back into things, feel fresh after the break 40-30-20-10 Wall Balls 20# Butterfly situps Double Unders -Finished in 9:51 Then did some work on pullups and muscleups 2.12 AM 3 Position Clean (Floor, knees, hang) + 1 jerk 185 x1 x7 (60 sec rest) Push Press 155 x5 165 x5 175 x5 Pendlay Rows 255 x5 x3 Squats 325 x3 x3 (this is 80% of my max, 2 min rest) I have videos of my 1st, 4th, and 7th set of cleans, plus my last set of squats

Thanks BigJosh, I wanted to get in 3x5 at 70% before the 3x3 but didn't have the time and wanted to feel the weight so I decided to go with the heavier of the two.

Here is the video from yesterday morning:
A couple things I have noticed, is that I am not getting low enough on my jerks and my back foot is not extended. I am also catching the bar too high after the clean, need to work on forcing my body under the bar more with my arms so I can handle heavier weights. 2.12 PM 800 m Run 30 Hand Release Push Ups 30 Hollow Rocks 30 Pullups 400 m Run 30 KB Swings (72 lbs) 30 Medicine Balls Cleans (20 lbs) 30 Slam Balls (30 lbs) 800 m Run -Finished in 24:59 2.13 AM 3 Position Snatch skill work using 115 lbs Snatch Pulls 135 x3 185 x3 225 x3 *This morning was pretty much a wash minus the snatch pulls. My hands are just destroyed for some reason right now and I cannot get a very good grip on anything. It will still good to be there and get the work in. On a high note I watched one of my training partners PR on her deadlift this morning. She hit a 330 lb deadlift which is a 15 lb PR for her, talk about beastly.

Thanks guys! Steve, I would say she is in the 140's somewhere, she carries it well too.
2.13 PM Deadlift (beltless) 225 x5 315 x3 405 x3 475 x1 495 x1 (PR) ^Beltless PR and I still had more in me, the last time I pulled close to this without a belt was before my injury two years ago, feeling great right now. 15 AMRAP 9 Deadlifts @ 155 12 Push Ups 15 Box Jumps 24" -Completed 8 rounds + 17 reps 2.14 AM Bench Press 7 x 3 @ 205 with 60 seconds of jumping rope in between each set Pullup work *My bench is weak right now, I am going to start hitting chest at least once a week since I am not getting much chest work done in the WOD's so once a week I'll hit it in some form just to keep my strength up there. Body weight this morning was 189.0 lbs

Trying to, I'm chasing 600 and I am determined to get it while improving all my other lifts ... I have some lofty goals but I am hoping to attain a couple of them
