Weighed in at 188 this morning, scale is still moving in the right direction. Now the challenge, to keep a decent amount off after this day! Got into Celli's Fitness Center today, it was great to get back in see Ryan and talk with him. I always appreciate his insight and tips whenever I am in there, which is why I always end up back there when I am home. It doesn't hurt that he is such a great guy and a friend. Deadlift bar x10 x2 135 x8 225 x5 315 x3 365 x3 (loose belt) 405 x1 455 x1 495 x1 545 xMISS ^Ryan had me strip it down, and concentrate on lowering the weight with more control as I was practically dropping it. This should help my pulling power and will continue on with it for a month. 315 x3 x3 w/ slow on lowering the weight Incline Bench Press warmups 185 x5 x5 BB Shrugs 225 x20 w/ 1 second hold at top Fat Bar Pullups BW x5 x4

Thanks Steve! I know I have 545 in me, and more I just need to focus on deadlifting more than once every other week haha.

So did you do 2 reps each and then start the cycle over with 4? Just curious how that ran...

Sorry Steve, missed your question! Yes, you would do 2 reps for everything and then start over the cycle with 4 and so on ...
Bodyweight yesterday morning was 186.0 lbs, the lightest I have been in over a year. Had an awesome session last night too 11.29 Deadlift warmups 365 x3 405 x1 455 x1 505 x1 545 x1 (first time pulling this since I injured my back over a year ago, when i was 15 lbs heavier) ^Took over the gym leaderboard with this pull by 45 lbs ![]() 5 Rounds - For Time: 9 deadlifts @ 225 9 burpees to 6 inch target overhead 21 wall ball shots with 20 lb ball -Finished in 14:41
