Weighed in at 188 this morning, scale is still moving in the right direction. Now the challenge, to keep a decent amount off after this day!

Got into Celli's Fitness Center today, it was great to get back in see Ryan and talk with him. I always appreciate his insight and tips whenever I am in there, which is why I always end up back there when I am home. It doesn't hurt that he is such a great guy and a friend.

^Ryan had me strip it down, and concentrate on lowering the weight with more control as I was practically dropping it. This should help my pulling power and will continue on with it for a month.

So did you do 2 reps each and then start the cycle over with 4? Just curious how that ran...

Sorry Steve, missed your question! Yes, you would do 2 reps for everything and then start over the cycle with 4 and so on ...

Bodyweight yesterday morning was 186.0 lbs, the lightest I have been in over a year. Had an awesome session last night too
