leefarleys training log
a little about my self,i have been a member of mab for a few months now and have plucked up the courage to start a training log, I'm 34 years and have done a few weights on and off since i was 17 but nothing serious,i have been lifting again now for a whole year straight,i'm 5'6 and started lifting @169lbs now @200lbs the last time i weighed my self a month ago.My goal is just to get bigger and stronger,i'm not worried about being ripped or having showing abs.
my best lifts so far are squat @ 279lbs 5/3/2 deadlift@324lbs 4/2/2 benchpress@213lbs 5/3/3 i have just started the muscle and brawn fullbody rep goal workout week 1 tue 31/7/12 squat@169lbs 12/10/8=rep goal+weight cgb@147 14/8/6=repgoal+weight db row@88lbs 15/12/12=repgoal=weight bb curl@59lb 12/10/8=repgoal=weight situps@bw 20/20/15 started of light as the weeks go on will be adding weight weekley and lower rep range. |

deadlift@213lb single work set12 reps=8repgoal+weight ohp@103lb 10/9/7=20repgoal+weight pullups@bw max reps 4/3/3=suck at these,prefer chin ups dips@bw max reps 7/5/3 bb calf raise@235lb 20/17/15=25repgoal+weight my goal for the pull ups and dips is 3x10@bw then possibly add weight. not that keen on training calfs or abs. |
