Sorry to see you didn't get that step forward. Maybe take a week and drop down to 100kg and do some rep work.

thanks steve that seems a good idea,i cant seem to be able budge that squat up at the moment i have done in the past at the moment i dont know if its recovery thing or a form issue,i mite try it again monday and if i have no joy with it i will do want you said and drop it to 100kg and rep the crap out of it.
