saterday 4/2/12
squats 20reppers@67kg=20reps+weight
benchpress@87kg 9/6/4
bb row@77kg 8/10/8=20repgoal+weight
db curl@10kg each hand 10/10/10=25repgoal+weight
situps@20kg 20/20/12

20rep squats first time for this so went nice and light and will slowly build in to them.
db curls a bit light realy but felt a nice pump towards the end.
benchpress i want to get it up to and over 100kg.

i was ok until about the 15 Rep then i had to start taken in more oxygen and felt out of breath at the end,i would imagine has this get heavier they will be really taxing,i would imagine 20reppers would improve conditioning as well as strength.

Definitely.

At some point they start to get real hard and a lot of people jump ship on them. Off Road and myself have been talking about the cycling of weight when this happens. So that's an idea if you get to that point.

yeah definitely when i hit the point where i'm struggling with them i will let you know i can imagine this happen around 85/100kg i have never used high reps with that sort weight,but i'm definitely going to give it a go.

squat @ 107kg 6/5/5 they felt nice and deep
cgb @ 74.5kg 9/6/4
dbrow @ 50kg 10/8/6 =20repgoal+weight
