digging up my old log and dusting it off.
I am going upper and lower training. I will be following the real result 4 day upper lower template. I will be getting more focused on building strength on the big 4. |

yep hanging around here at MAB with all you powerlifters makes me want to lift some heavy weight
monday 4/3/13 upper day bb benchpress @ 87kg 5/5/5/5/5 + 2.5kg felt pretty easy. pullups @ bw 5/3/3 really suck at this standing ohp @ 52kg 5/5/5/5/5 + 2.5kg bb curls @ 34.5kg 10/10/7 dips @ bw 10/10/10/ might add weight next time. |
