I am going upper and lower training.

I will be following the real result 4 day upper lower template.

I will be getting more focused on building strength on the big 4.

yep hanging around here at MAB with all you powerlifters makes me want to lift some heavy weight

upper day

bb benchpress @ 87kg 5/5/5/5/5 + 2.5kg felt pretty easy.
pullups @ bw 5/3/3 really suck at this
standing ohp @ 52kg 5/5/5/5/5 + 2.5kg
bb curls @ 34.5kg 10/10/7
dips @ bw 10/10/10/ might add weight next time.

Solid work.

And I really wouldn't worry - everyone "sucks" at pullups (not saying you actually do, btw), and the only thing for it is just to do lots of them, or so I hear.

Weighted dips are awesome. Can't wait to get into some of those tomorrow, in fact!

it is the real results workouts, in the training and resources section of this forum. I dont know if i can follow a 4 day upper/lower programe now probley have to go back to a basic A/B fullbody.
